Frequently asked questions

When are weekly menus posted?


Weekly Menus are posted at noon on Tuesday for the following week.




When do you need my order and can I order in advance?


For delivery after Monday morning, orders must be placed by noon on the day before you would like your delivery. Once the menu is up, you may order as far in advance as you would like - the earlier the better




When do you deliver?


Deliveries to homes from Tequesta south through Palm Beach Gardens will occur before 7:15 am. Outside this area could be as late as 8 am




Where do you deliver?


Currently, we deliver from Palm City south through Boca Raton.




How are the meals delivered?


Meals are delivered early in the morning in an insulated bag with several re-usable gel packs. The bag and gel packs should be left outside on the day of your next delivery to be picked up and reused.




Are there delivery fees?


Yes, there are several different ones, based on where you live.




When do you stop taking orders for the same week?


Though menus currently are delivered Monday through Friday every week, orders must be received by about 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon




Are there ever substitutions on the menu?


Due to the volatility of the produce and seafood market, last minute menu adjustments are inevitable. I will do whatever possible to substitute like (or better) ingredients in these situations.




I live in a gated neighborhood. How do you get inside?


If your neighborhood has a gated entrance with a keypad, please be sure to put the gate code in the comment section. If you live in a guarded community, you MUST put the Company name on your list of approved visitors. If we are denied entry and you don’t answer your phone, you will have to retrieve your food from me or wait until the following delivery day in your area.
